blow me, charley
On TV, the telephone rings. The TV character picks it up: "Sam Hawkins here. Oh, hi, Charley."
Sue runs to pick up the phone in her own living room, but sees it's the TV. Realizing this, she stands and watches the show attentively.
"No, I haven't got any new leads in the case—but I got a great big hardon, Charley, if you wanna come over and blow me."
Sue raises her hands to her mouth in shock. She runs to the TV to turn it off. The hardened face of Sam Hawkins fills the camera, turning to spit directly at Sue. As he does this, Sue switches the channel: it's that Hiroshima footage again, and a thin film of radiation dust is deposited on her furniture. She turns from the TV to dust it off with the rag she still carries in her hand.
