commander of the faithful Nabil was upset the other day because the king decided to come to a mosque in Fez to pray. Each Friday, he prays at a mosque somewhere in Morocco so it can be shown on television. After all, he is the Commander of the Faithful. The problem is that the mosque he chose is in the same part of town where Nabil's father washes cars for a living. For security reasons the area was blocked to traffic, and Nabil's father lost three days of work. Each day he doesn't work is a day the family doesn't have enough to eat. Meanwhile he has been getting weaker, with frequent dizzy spells. His work is physically demanding, and the hot sun is brutal at this time of year.
